Description: I recently designed SolarTechExpert.com.au, a website for a solar technology seller. The site offers solar panels, batteries, and inverters.
Hosted on a limited WordPress.com package, the project faced significant constraints: no access to third-party premium themes or plugins from WordPress.org. Utilizing only the Gutenberg WordPress editor, I tackled these challenges head-on.
The primary focus was on creating a clean, user-friendly design that showcases the products effectively. Despite limitations, I leveraged Gutenberg’s blocks to build custom layouts, incorporating high-quality images and clear calls-to-action.
Creative use of CSS and HTML within the Gutenberg editor helped achieve the desired aesthetic and functionality. This project highlights the ability to deliver a professional and engaging website even within a restrictive development environment.
